Refund policy

 

1. EU Consumers Only (within the European Union)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g BGB).

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.

by sending a clear declaration (e.g., by email or post) stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs for express shipping).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your return or evidence of its shipment.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

You must return the goods within 14 days at your own cost.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been removed.

This includes:

Perfume bottles that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

Sample kits in which individual vials have been opened.

Only unopened, unused, and sealed products in original condition can be returned.


2. International Customers (Outside the EU)

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please note the following:

No legal right of withdrawal applies under EU consumer law.

Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

All sales are final once the product is opened or used.

We do not accept returns for opened perfumes or sample kits for hygienic and safety reasons.
