What shipping options are available?

Bochan offers DHL Express. The availability of the option may vary depending on the location. During the ordering process, the available shipping options for your specific address will be displayed to you.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the ordering process before completing your purchase.

When will I receive my tracking information?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. This email also contains instructions on how to track your package and monitor the delivery progress.

How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order by entering the provided tracking number on the order tracking page of the DHL website or through the link included in the shipping confirmation. This way, you receive real-time updates on the current status and location of your package.

When is the delivery scheduled?

The delivery schedule depends on the shipping method you selected during the checkout process. The estimated delivery times will be communicated to you before completing your purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Return

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely satisfied with if you return it to us within 14 days of delivery by your courier to your specified address in a resalable condition. Please return the items in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested. Please take a look at the following list for some examples:

Fragrances that have been opened, tested, or partially used and cannot be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased;

This does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered goods, where your legal rights remain unaffected.

How to return or exchange:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy.

Please ensure that all items you wish to return are unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

As soon as we receive the item(s), a refund, minus the incurred shipping costs, will be made to your credit/debit card or bank account. This will appear in your account within five days, depending on your card/bank.

How can I get my bochan Item repaired?

  • For item repairs, please reach out to our customer support team at support@bochanperfumes.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the repair process. While cosmetic products can not be repaired after unsealing the product, we'll offer shopping cards of the damaged item or a replacement.

What do I receive in my order?

  • Your Bochan order will include the purchased product, along with any accessories, manuals, or additional items specified on the product page. Please review the contents upon delivery and contact us if anything is missing or damaged.

What can I do when the product is not available?

  • In the rare event that a product is not available, please contact our customer support team for assistance. They can provide information on product availability, suggest alternatives, or assist with placing a backorder if applicable.
