New York doesn't ask you to pick a side glamour and grit exist in the same block, sometimes the same breath. Aíma is Bochan's collaboration with Bloody, shaped closest by the voices of Lil Yachty, A$AP Ferg and Steven Victor, with Christian Combs, Tommie Lee and others adding their own weight to it. It opens with aldehydes catching light like a skyline at dusk, woodland strawberry cutting through, unexpectedly raw against the shine. Sandalwood, cashmere and ambroxan carry it into something softer, before musk, amber and oud settle in for whatever the night still has planned. Two worlds that were never supposed to sit together, wearing the same skin.
