How can I get my bochan Item repaired?
- For item repairs, please reach out to our customer support team at support@bochanperfumes.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the repair process. While cosmetic products can not be repaired after unsealing the product, we'll offer shopping cards of the damaged item or a replacement.
What do I receive in my order?
- Your Bochan order will include the purchased product, along with any accessories, manuals, or additional items specified on the product page. Please review the contents upon delivery and contact us if anything is missing or damaged.
What can I do when the product is not available?
- In the rare event that a product is not available, please contact our customer support team for assistance. They can provide information on product availability, suggest alternatives, or assist with placing a backorder if applicable.
